Joseph Serralta

Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Collaborations Coordinator, Studio Director, & Lead Audio Engineer

Producer, Composer, and classically-trained musician, Joseph Serralta, made his debut in 2018, composing and producing an iconic anthem for the critically acclaimed “Live Spectacular” global ad-campaign for world-renowned Bahamian luxury resort, Bahamar (Grand Hyatt, Rosewood, and SLS), seated in Nassau. His music has been featured all around the globe, from Times Square to Carnegie Hall, winning several awards and receiving honorable mentions at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Since then, Joseph has spent the majority of his time cultivating a network of industry professionals and musical collaborators to work on smaller, local projects. La Mer Music, LLC. was launched in early 2025, and marks his official return to the world of composition and commercial audio production.

Justine Avery Huffman

Chief Operating Officer (COO), Teams Coordinator, Brand Liaison, Head of Design

Justine Avery Huffman has worked and trained in operational management for over 10 years, sitting as a small-town Studio Coordinator with award-winning, internationally recognized educational franchise, School of Rock. Her education and professional experience in audio/visual and life performance technology has shaped her career for over a decade. As she seeks to become progressively more involved in entertainment management and the recording industry, she has found herself at home with La Mer Music, LLC., working as the head of operations, team management, and one of three brand liaisons.

Additionally, Justine works as the Head of Design, collaborating with our talented in-house designers to furnish our website and merchandise with exquisite design elements.
